The original bracket for the clutch master cylinder of a T4 Eurovan can show its weakness by breaking, leaving you suddenly unable to shift gears and/or potentially causing damage to the master cylinder itself due to the resulting severe misalignment of the shaft.  We have a stainless steel reinforcement kit to prevent or repair a broken bracket. They are not difficult to install and are recommended.
